Responsibilities:

- 24/7 Device Monitoring: The primary responsibility involves round-the-clock monitoring of events within various security devices, including SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response), EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), Sandbox, and WAF (Web Application Firewall). Adhering to established procedures, the Cyber Security Junior Engineer Operation is tasked with overseeing and analyzing alerts to swiftly address incidents within specified timeframes and SLAs.
- Incident Resolution: Execute incident resolution processes, ensuring timely completion or escalation to L2 support, as dictated by predefined timelines and SLAs. The role demands a proactive approach to efficiently tackle incidents and alerts, mitigating potential risks and ensuring a secure digital environment.
- Periodic Service Monitoring: Conduct routine monitoring of all Cyber Security Operation services to enhance incident resolution processes. This proactive approach ensures effective problem-solving when incidents arise, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of our cybersecurity services.
- Security Advisory to Clients: Act as a security advisor to clients, offering insights to enhance their understanding of available service features. Educate clients on preventive measures and empower them to utilize features that can mitigate potential incidents, fostering a collaborative and informed approach to cybersecurity.
- Incident Tracking and Reporting: Establish and maintain a comprehensive incident detection and reporting mechanism. This involves continuous monitoring and documentation to create a knowledge repository. This repository becomes a valuable resource for future incidents, enabling the team to learn from past experiences and further fortify our cybersecurity posture.
